Where are you located?

We are located 7 miles south of Everett in beautiful Bedford County, PA.  Only 16 miles from Bedford, PA; 16 miles from Breezewood, PA; and 30 miles from Cumberland, MD at 268 Rock Hill Church Road, Clearville PA.   

How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 300 guests inside our Covered Pavilion and 120 guests inside our Auditorium.  Please note that events with our max capacity will have a tighter floor plan.

What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Clear Ridge ?

That is a great question! In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married at Clearidge Event Center is between $15,000-$20,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, dress, DJ, photographer, etc.). We have had some couples with smaller guests lists host beautiful weddings in the $10,000 - $15,000 range, and we have had several events that are spending significantly more than the average.

Is the venue temperature controlled?

Our indoor Auditorium is temperature controlled and the outdoor Covered Pavilion has options available to allow a breeze or block the wind.

Do you have permanent bathrooms?

Yes, Your bridal suite has a private restroom and inside our venue we have temperature controlled handicap accessible restrooms for men and women.  Our women’s restroom has a baby changing station as well.

Do you provide linens?

Yes.  Our all-inclusive packages includes linen.  If you are just renting the venue for a smaller event gathering, you can choose to add-on linen rentals.

Is there a designated area for bridal parties to get ready?

There is a temperature-controlled bridal suite with plenty of space for the bridal party to get ready. There are vanities, and a lounging area with a private bathroom. There is also a groom room with places to lounge and space to get dressed.

Do you allow alcohol to be served?

Yes, alcohol is permitted to be served during your event but must be served by one of our RAMP certified and licensed bartender. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the property. All alcohol being served must be provided by the renter and served from behind the bar by the licensed bartender.
